ABOUT THE DESIGNER


Noelle Garcia-Farris (née Garcia) is an Apparel Designer specializing in active-lifestyle clothing for men and women. Graduating from Otis College of Art and Design with a BFA in Fashion Design in 2011, Noelle jumped head first into design, creating product for companies such as Hurley, Vans and Oakley. In 2014, Noelle moved from her native sunny southern California to Austin, Texas to build and design the first ever clothing collection for Magpul Industries Corp's Soft Goods Division, specializing in Tactical and Outdoor wear. In the spring of 2019, Noelle took herself even further east, to join the Men's Training Design Team at Under Armour in Baltimore, Maryland, where she is the Design Manager of the Men's and Boy's Train and Project Rock Lines.
Freelance work Noelle has participated in include formatting 1950's reproduction sewing patterns for Lila & June Co, men's product and concept for Glyder Apparel, custom designs for fitness competitions, and custom dance wear. Noelle has a great interest in clothing involving performance, function, and dynamic movement.
In her free time, Noelle enjoys stand up paddle boarding, gardening, lifting weights, knitting, just being outside with her chow chow Jazzie and trying to cook her way through her collection of cookbooks.
