In her time working at Under Armour, Noelle was given the opportunity to learn a new program, CLO 3D. This program allows designers to create product in 3D, creates a pattern and BOM that is useable by factories, and creates realistic design renders that can be used in place of actual samples, in marketing materials, and even animated. She took to and enjoyed the program immediately and was a key participant from the design team during Under Armour's initial proof of concept to bring the program into part of the design process.

Noelle not only enjoys learning new programs and ways of working due to the varied experience it gives her, but also enjoys to increase her knowledge on ways to make design more accessible and sustainable.
