After two long years of hard work in conceptualization, design, development, and production, the inaugural collection for Magpul Apparel was revealed at SHOT Show 2016. It brought a clothing line to Magpul Industries, which allowed for expanded reach to the Magpul consumer, offering functionality, and a quality "Grey Man" product at an affordable price point. This opportunity was very influential for Noelle, allowing her to design and merchandise an entire category. It also gave her hands on experience on the ins and outs of sourcing, material and trim development, as well as, supply chain and quality control.

Immediately following this was the release of the F16 collection. It opened exploration into colder weather fabrications and silhouettes. The Fall 2016 season required heavy development in fabric and trims for colder weather needs, creating fabrications one of a kind for Magpul.

Clothing from the Fall 2016 season was featured on an episode of CBS hit show "Seal Team".
