In her time at Under Armour, Noelle specialized in Men’s Performance Apparel ; upon becoming Design Manager in 2021, her role was to lead the design for the Training apparel category. On the Men's & Boy's Training Apparel Design team, work includes all men's Performance Training Apparel (DTC and Premium Wholesale). Highlight projects include the Vanish Short platform, which was in highest performing short at the brand, YOY in 2022 and 2023, the Greatest Tee Ever (GTE) for Tom Brady which evolved into Meridian (Soft You Can Sweat In), specialty packs like “Terrain” and “Armour Print”, as well as product designed for "Project Rock", the label for entertainment phenom, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
